Our goal
Every page on this site is meant to help San Marcos homeowners understand a garage door problem, what it usually costs and what their options are — in plain English.

- Current cost data and hands-on input from local garage door technicians
Prices
Prices are published as typical ranges for standard residential doors and openers. They are reviewed at least once a year and whenever local pricing changes. They are guidance, not quotes — your price is confirmed in writing before any work.
Safety
We only describe low-risk checks homeowners can safely do themselves. We never give instructions for adjusting springs, cables or other parts under tension.
Updates and corrections
